Bottle. Fresh apples, flowers and a hint of yeast in aroma. Clear light yellow colour with fast vanishing white head. Sweet apple flavour, a bit watery. When you have seen the apples they grow in Kivik, you would have expected a more powerfull cider.

Bottle at the restaurant at the musteri. Clear very pale yellow, no head. Aroma of dry green apples. Flavor light sweet, quite bbitter, clean and crisp, green apples. Medium body. Nice.

UPDATED: FEB 27, 2012 Bottle from Systembolaget in Strømstad, Sweden. Yellow colour with a tiny bubbly head. Dry apple nose. A very typical british cider flavour. Dry apple and light acidic.

Canned. Clear very pale yellow, no head. Dryish green apple aroma. Clean and spritzy, plenty of green apples a bit of acidity. Contrary to most Swedish "ciders" this is actually cider, and quite respectable as such. It however lacks depth, and appears more like tart apple juice.

can. golden colour with no head. aroma is dry, apple, yeast. Flavour is dry, apple, yeast, alcohol, sugar. medium body. Ordinary beer.

Can.Pours clear with no head.Aroma of apples, apple peel, caramel and citrus.Flavor is sweet with some apple and caramel.Medium body, lively carbonation.Decent cider.

Can. A clear, yellow drink with some white bubbles on top. Apples and apple cores on the nose, some alcohol and cellar too. The flavor has mostly apples, some alcohol and sugary sweetness too, but it’s not as classy as the best ciders, by far. Medium body, pleasant carbonation. Medium body, a bit warming, finishing with apples, apples cores and sugar. 110304

Bottled. Pale yellowish golden colour, not much head. Aroma is rather sweet apple along with some wooden notes. Flavour is sweetish apple with wooden and earthy notes. Semidry palate and some slight acidicness in the finish.

Clear light to medium yellow color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, green apple, light pear. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, dry. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20100130]

Watery with no head. Aroma had elderflowers and apples. Flavour was swet with apples and elderflowers. Finished sweet.

Can. Pale yellow colour. Moderate apple aroma. Week barnyard notes. Moderate apple flavor. Dry and ok but not very balanced. Clouying palate. Average finish. Slightly alcoholic.
