Scent was strong, sweet orchard apples. Slightly aged, musty aroma. Pour was pale yellow with few bubbles and no head. Flavor was nice sweetness with mild bite. Finish was faint at best and not too much to get excited about, similar in taste as the first sip. Over all not bad, not too good neither. Not something I would go out of my way for. Thanks to ante for sending this to me to try.

Bottled. Clear very pale yellow, no head. Citric green apple aroma. Clean and spritzy, really dry and almost salty. Dominated by citric green apples. Refreshing, but no further character beyond that.

Can. Looks like white wine, smells like white wine and tastes like carbonated white wine. Has apples in aroma and taste, but not a lot. Decent and a good serve for wine lovers.

Can. It pours a clear, yellow body and some white bubbles. Yeast and cellar dominates the aroma, but there’s still room for apples. The flavor has mostly apples, some yeast and a touch of cellar. A bit hard on the carbonation, medium body. Long finish with apple flavors. Some alcohol all the way. Not a bad one, but it didn’t ring any bells. 110304
