MiP (13597) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - NOV 1, 2010
Bottle, 4.5%. Dusty aroma, OK hint of real elderflower. Clear water colour. Big fizzy white head, very unstable. The flavour is rather sweet, but has a good note of real elderflower. OK vinous aftertaste. Still, more like an alcopop than cider.

OleR (4801) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUL 9, 2009
0.5 L bottle from Systembolaget. Virtually no color, mayby a shade of yellow. Low head lasting for a couple of seconds. Prominent elderflower aroma, quite pleasant actually, smells genuin floral. The same flavorwise, elderflowers with some acidity and a light sweet fruitiness added, also a noticeable touch of herbs. Light-bodied and lively in the mouth. Light fruity, light acidulous finish. Easy to like, this one. Not very exciting, quite a quencher though.

Ljunkan (530) - NORWAY - JUN 2, 2009
Bottle. Water colored with a quickly dying head, some nice bubbles. Aroma of apples and elderflowers. Flavour is quite sweet, a bit sugary even, with a very light tartness and notes of apples and elderflowers. Thin mouthfeel, but nicely carbonated and refreshing. Could be dryer though, but that’s on the other hand not what it’s ment to be - next time I try a cider I will remember to buy a dry one.
