Finish is dry, body and flavor rather light. Easy-drinking and enjoyable but not really exciting. Capa (997), Yokosuka, Japan

Aroma is strong of sweet grains and some light herbs. Very sweet flavor. Grainy, light hops, and some earth herbs. Pretty thin. Finish reminds me of corn flakes. Not bad, but not worth a second go. A faultless Kölsch with a creamy mouthfeel, timid cereal flavors and crispy herbal hop bitterness will undoubtedly make a quenching pint, but this one recalls macro professionalism (and economy) from sip to sip.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam tops the deep blond.
-Light fruitiness recalls honeyed apples.
-Carbonation is lively and lifts the subtle flavor profile.
On tap at the brewery restaurant.
