COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This delicious ale was brewed for our Cowboys in the Klamath Basin. The Hersbrucker hop characteristics of this ale are mild and refreshing for those hot dusty days on the ranch. We’ll see if your beer is able to last eight seconds in the glass. But remember, points are also awarded for style!

Tap... Poured pale, straw/golden with a thick, fizzy white head. Lots of lacing. Aroma was faint, cracker-like and slightly skunked. Light beer, biscuity and mild. A good thirst quencher, fine and big gulps. Hops were present enough to offer a light spice. Doughy, vanilla, sweet grain finish.

Draught. Cloudy gold with a thin white head. Moderate lacing. Aroma is fruity with a bit of spice. Balanced flavour bready, with a bit of hop. Something unpleasant in the finish, which dragged the beer down.
