Fresh-ish hop character of a dusty, dry and crisp nature. Some cara-malt flavour balances it out quite nicely.
3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 bhensonb (7607) - Woodland, California, USA - JUN 1, 2012
Bomber from Made in Oregon. Pours amber with a creamy light beige head. Aroma is lightly ginger over roast caramel. Med+ body. Flavor is slightly harsh roast caramel with spice and floral. It has quite a kick. Hops are muddled, but the result is tasty and unusual.

On tap at KBB. Absolutely great citrus aroma....clearly I have arrived in Oregon! Deep orange and yet another clear beer from KBB. Massively bitter leads to a chewy mouthfeel, which is nice. A solid beer.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 bpreo (999) - Eugene, Oregon, USA - JUL 5, 2011
I have tried so many IPA’s in my life, and I have always tried to keep in mind how much other people like them. It is only recently that I have given up on trying. Sorry, I just don’t like IPA’s. Maybe in a few more years my palate will change.
3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 DYCSoccer17 (2788) - Woodland, California, USA - MAY 22, 2011
4 ounce sample on tap at WCBF. The aroma is earthy, herbal, and a bit catty. The aroma is a bit faint. Mostly transparent copper body with a small off-white head. Scant lacing. Starts bitter and hoppy with earthy and pine flavors. Some tannins follow in the middle. A little roasted before it finishes with more aggressive, earthy and pine hops. Some catty undertones are also present. Dry, but good.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 marcus (4073) - Sacramento, California, USA - MAY 21, 2011
On tap at West Coast Brewfest 2011. Pours copper with a modest beige head and a citrus aroma. There is a pretty good caramel malt base and just enough hop bitterness to make this a well-balanced and tasty IPA.
