COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Sv. Norbert November Ale je svrchně kvašené pivo, tmavší měděné barvy a výrazné chuti, která přechází od sladce karamelové k příjemné, ale intenzivní horkosti. Hořkost a hlavně pestré aroma dodávají použité chmely (americký Chinook a Bravo a novozélandská Motueka). Náš November Ale se nejvíce přibližuje kategorii American-Style Brown Ale a pomuže nám překonat dlouhou dobu, která zbývá do uvedení našeho vánočního speciálu.

Sv. Norbert November Ale is top-fermented, dark copper coloured beer with savorous taste from sweet caramel to nice, but intensive bitterness. Bitterness and mainly rich aroma is due to used hops (Chinook, Bravo and Motueka). Our November Ale is close to American-Style Brown Ale category and will help us to get over long period that remains to time we will pipe in X-Mas Special Beer.

brown color with 1 finger head. Aroma of malts, tropical fruits, butter, caramel, reisins, vanilla. Taste is light sweet and light bitter, nice balance. Light to medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation. Pretty good.

Draught at the brewpub. Tropical hoppy aroma - lychee, pasion fruit, mango and melon with a caramel-and-chocolate maltiness underneath. The flavour is light mlty sweetish, with the malts gaining on assertiveness. Malty flavour opposite a hoppy, medium bitter finish. November brown ale is an apt name. It has those dark malty Autumnal notes, and yet its tropical aroma brings back memories of the Summer that is long gone.

On tap at at the brewpub. Pours slightly hazy amber to brown with nice tan head. Aroma is malt and hops, not too pronounced. Flwvor is hops, mango, some roastiness and caramel, mostly bitter.

Tap at the brewpub. Medium yellowish head, hazy brown colour. Aroma hoppy, floral, citrus, caramel. Very low temperature, this should not happen at the brewpub. Almost killed the beer, minus points for that. Taste is hoppy, floral and grassy.
