COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
As a natural outcome of our research into Dutch beer history we now have a true 15th century styled Kuyt beer. This beer was brewed after standards set by the Campaign for Netherlands Beer styles CNB with 45% malted oats in the grain bill.

Tasted on tap at the Arendsnest during its debut. Very refreshing tasting beer with a light hop ending. Have since tried it in bottle. Quickly becoming one of favorite beers.

Bottle poured a clear gold with a lasting creamy white head. Aromas of straw, fruitiness and light herbal notes. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of straw, herbal notes and light fruitiness with a smooth finish.

Hotel tasting with Colin Theydon Bois. Lightly hazy gold beer, big bubbly white head. Light palate, semi dry. Modest fine carbonation. Thin sweet malts and mild floral sweetness. Super mild tangy citrus underneath. Light floral finish. Fine.

Bottle split with Kenny in the special surprise room tasting, Amsterdam Inntel pre Borefts livener, 25/09/14. Hazed light golden with a well appointed off white covering that retains well. Nose is light citric peel, grain, straw, lemon rinds. Taste comprises lemon curd, straw, spice, bitter orange, light floral notes. Medium bodied, prickly and overcarbonated, drying close. So very so.

Deze gedronken uit fles. Het bier heeft zo goed als geen schuim. Mooie troebele kleur. Bouquette van citrus, ook de maak van citrus. Afdronk is wat licht bitter.
