Bottled. An amber coloured beer with no head and a lot of floating particles. The aroma is berry fruits, raisins and yeast. The taste is fruity with candy sugars and a nice dose of warming alcohol. Quite tasty.

A Mes rate:
Yeasty and orange aroma with erm... pussy juice (sorry its the only way I can describe it) Decent looks. Orange brown body with thin but long lasting off white head. Sweet malty flavour with lots of orange marmalade and maybe just a little too much alcohol. Very sweet at the finish, which spoils it just a little, followed by yet more orange and a gentle warming. Got better the more I drank.

BOttle (from Bitter Virtue, BBE Jul 05). Mid brown with thick dark yeast sediment. Fruity caramel malt aromas and hints of citrussy earthy spice. Drinkable with a rounded body and unobtrusive alcohol. Slightly underwhelming on first impression but had grown on me by the end.

Bottle: Copper in colour with a small, but long lasting off white head. Very nutty, quite sweet honey in the start with some toasted biscuity malt flavours. Fruity mid and finish, with some nice spicy notes. Citric notes in the aftertaste. Tasty, and very moreish.

(bottle) Cloudy orange to amber colour with a small but stable frothy yellow head. Slightly sweet aroma with orange peels, peaches, yeasts and a bit of alcohol. Sweet flavour, medium body, moderate carbonation. Initially malty and orange fruity with upcoming alcohol, bittersweet spicy and slightly hoppy finish.

Didn’t drink this earlier, to my surprise. Orange color. Malty, peachy aroma. I can smell the alcohol already. Hint of vegetables. Full bodied. Malt, alcohol, hints of hops and butte. Not a wonder of flavor, but nice and clean.

Biscuity malts and orange zest/coriander fruitiness create an intriguing Southampton Grand Cru pretender. Light yeast alights on lavender, white pepper and green leaves. Very interesting, though short of stardom.
The crunchy malt cookie and yeast interplay benefits from the low carbonation for a Belgian style. Oranges and flowers paint different colors onto the tasty malts, but all gets a bit static after a while. Simple, well-made, and rather easy to drink for its size.
A little too classy to quench warriors, a little too rough and homey to please kings.

Sampled at Arendsnest in Amsterdam, Holland.
Trapped, dry and flat nose with nose of orange, grapes and caramel.
Firm, smooth, light-bodied and very fruity. Nots of grape, cinnamon, cranberry and melon. Solid but seems a little small for its size.
