Dec 27, 2004 Bottled. Cloudy amber, lasting head. Honay and apple aroma. Sweet and malty with some grassy hops. Soft mouthfeel. Solid and quite pleasant.

May 11, 2007 Bottled. Pinkish orange colour, small beige head. Aroma is fruits, yeast and slight sweet notes of alcohol. Some spices also along with caramel. Flavour is caramel, toffee, yeast and nice sweeter malts. A very wellbalanced flavour, which hides the alcohol totally.

Cloudy amber color; huge creamy head. Strong malt and caramel aroma, mature, similar to a Barley Wine. Good body strength, malty, caramel again.

Sep 21, 2007 Cloudy amber, light off-white cover. Spicy, yeasty nose offering coriander undertones and lightly fluffy, mildly caramelly amber malts. Sweetish, doughy palate appears aptly grainy. Soft floral hops terminate it all. A rather restrained ale that strives to be bigger and promises to be grander.

Dec 26, 2003 Reddish brown coloured. Sweet and fruity honey aroma. The flavour is too yeasty with sweet notes of raisins.
