Bottle. Black with a few big bubbles. Cognac, leather, coffee beans, red wine, dark chocolate, slightly burnt toast. Very sweet and light boozy, feels almost like a very strong red wine. I was a bit worried by the 'no carbonation' sticker, and maybe a bit more would have been nice, this is really not bad at all.

Aroma of roasted malt, dark chocolate, coffee, a little liquorice. Flavour is roasty, chocolate, coffee, a little sweetness. Quite full and well-balanced.I love me a Russian Imperial Stout and this one delivered, especially noticeable because Klein Duimpje has been hit and miss for me in the past.

Gedronken vanuit een 30cl fles. Stout is niet mijn smaak, maar deze gaat dan nog wel. Is veel zachter van smaak als dat ik gewend ben bij dit type bier. Meer een bier voor in de winter.
