De bittere nasmaak blijft even hangen. A nice, dark-yellow beer with a firm layer of foam. A nice sour, IPA-like aroma with the touch of apple, melon and/or citrus fruits. A nice, bitter taste with the touch of grain. The bitter aftertaste remains for a while.
