330ml bottle, many thanks to JefVerstraete! Pours black / extremely dark brown with a bountiful foamy tan head. Aroma is slightly herbal and a touch sugary. Taste is espresso, plums, chocolate, raw liquorice, sugary marzipan and a noticeable vinous sour influence. Overly high carbonation. In all, taste seems a bit disjointed but not bad.

Bottle at home. Not entirely sure, but presumably this version. Black pour, slight gusher. Aroma has balsamic vinegar, tannine, roasted malts, some ripe fruits and quite spicy. Flavor is bitter, roasted, slightly sour, smooth and with a very decent body. Quite lively carbonation.

Great evolution in flavour compared to the non BA. Funky, fruity and lightly sour flavour is added by the barrel aging. Hints of chocolate. Definitely not bad. Very smooth also, given the 10% ABV.

Black colour, tan head. Light gusher. Aroma of cherries, red fruits, brett. Malty flavour, dark malts, brett, light wine, sour hint. Quite fizzy. Finish caramel, dark malts, cherry, some wood.

33cl bottle at home. Dark brown with almost no head. Full body with low to moderate carbonation. Quite sour with some bitter tones. Ripe cherries, vinegar, caramel, spices and herbs. A tasty sour BA brew.

330 ml bottle shared by my brother in law. Pours dark reddish brown with a small light marroon head. Nive wine and wine vinegar aromas, burnt malts and dark forest fruits. Medium body high on the roast and bitterness. Nice oak flavours, a bit single sided though.

I have no idea if this the right entry, but I taste no whiskey... So I think it should be this one...
Exploding beige light brown head. Dark brown to black ish brown colored beer.
Aroma of anise, grapes, wood, yeast, hint of bay leaf, some hop/flower ish tones...
Flavours of grapes, hoos, wood, light tart, light bitter, light spice and toast tones.
Aftertaste is a mix of grapes, wood, light tart, anise and a hint of liquorice.
Low carbo, light watery mouthfeel and more than medium bodied.
Quite an easy drinker for 10%ABV!

Bottle at the Pozarevac tasting without Matt (Matt, come back!). Pours black, light with brown consistent foamy head. Nose: leather, mild vinegar background, pleasant sourness. Mouth: complex acetic feel, dusty. Great beer.

Bottle0.33l at Pozarevac Serbia tasting without Matt with ippopotamo36 December 2014.Pour it dark color with big white head.Taste and aroma of sweet caramel malts,red wine,dark fruits,Belgian yeast.All together great balanced,and beautiful flavour.

33cl Bottle from douberd, thanks Christos! I guess it’s this version. Almost black colour, huge beige head. Aroma of an infection, quite tart, berries, red fruits, vinous, red wine, wood, spicy yeast, some liqourice, acid. Flavour is sour, acidic, wood, light spicy, roasted malts, some liquorice, stale red wine, wood, tart-bitter finish. Medium-bodied, over-carbonated. Gets better when it warms up, but it’s heavily infected imho.
