Maria (3816), Thisted, Denmark May 9, 2008 From tap sitting in front of Klosterbräu. Warm golden with a nice, creamy head. the aroma has notes of malt, light sweetness, caramel and some alcohol. The flavour has sweetness, notes of caramel, malt and alcohol, that burns a bit in the finish, that turns a bit dry towards the end. IMO the alcohol is to dominant.
