swing top bottle 500ml. -from Pivkan and also limited offer on www.beershop.hr. Darker amber coloured, small off-white head, dusty grainy/malty nose. Slight roasted malt, hint of caramel and spices with pretty dry finish. To be honest surprisingly good and balanced dunkel.

Bamberger Bierwochenende, Bier Nr. 4. - Vom Faß im Klosterbräu, Bamberg. Wurde leider etwas zu kühl serviert. - Braungold (dunkler Bernstein), reichlich sahniger beigefarbener Schaum.

Ganz leichte Rauchigkeit. Schokoladenaromen.

Copper colour with a lasting off-white head. Malty aroma of grain, caramel and dark bread, with a hint of dried fruit. Dryish malty flavour with grain and caramel, and a fruity note

Not sure why they call it brown - truly a dark gold to orange. Brilliant clarity, soft bread nose with a touch of caramel and very faint honey malt nse. A very sweet flavor with a caramel back bone. Really a darker helles with no real enhancement in toast or dark malts other than color.
