Draught at at the brewery, outside, on the sloped street with long tables. This is a very good weisse. Dark yellow color. Banana and apricot in the aroma. Sweet, some bubblegum, and a rich palate.

Első ránézésre is tudjuk, hogy egy szűretlen búzasörrel van dolgunk, tehát ezt a részt ki is tárgyaltuk. Íze és illat is igen citrusos, déli gyümölcsös, banános, észteres / de utálom ezt a szót! /, rágógumis és meglepően komlós. Könnyű de mégsem vizes és a visszafogottabban szénsavas fajtákhoz tartozik. Utóíze citrusos és kesernyés, mint a grapefruit. Igen frissítő és a bátran használt komló miatt, különlegesen kesernyés és finom.

Draft. Pours hazy orange with a white head. A bit more citrusy than most of the hefes I had in Germany. Solid banana and spicy notes with a relatively spritzy mouthfeel, followed by a spicy yeasty finish. Good stuff.

Bottle.Slightly cloudy .Yellw and sweet with a medium body.Certainly one of the best examples of this style that I have tried.

Yellow, almost gold. White head that falls quickly. Little bit of lacing. A scent of fruit and malt. Taste the same. A little dry bread character. Not bad.

Bottle. Yellow haze with a nice head and low carbonation. Coriander citrus  banana. Dry crisp yeast basement notes. Very good weisse.

On tap at brewery. Hazy dark golden color with huge white head. Aroma of banana, wheat and some spices. Taste, banana, orange notes, bittersweet finish. Good.

My Bottom Line :
Dominating banana esters move into citrusy lengths, as herbal hops spice up this juicy example of Weizen.

Further Personal Perceptions :
-A veil of foam tops the cloudy blond.
-The low levels of carbonation are quite different for the style. Makes the fruity finish all the more juicy
-Drinkability is very high.
-I like the fact that this is not a textbook example of the style.
-The hops are mostly apparent in the aroma. The finish is nearly all fruity esters.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, estery and banana. Sweet, estery wnd fruity flavoured. Mild bitterness into a medium dry finish.
