Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!
Im Glas siehts sehr trüb aus und hat eine leicht zum rötlich-orange tendierende Farbe. Der Schaum ist schön feinporig und steht 1A!!! Schon beim Ausschank bemerkt man ein starkes hefig-bananiges Aroma. Riecht wirklich herrlich! Der Antrunk ist sehr stramm. Hefige, fruchtige und bananige Töne kommen gut durch. Man könnte es für einen Weizenbock halten, da die Aromen sehr stark und intensiv zu schmecken sind. Zum Mittelteil hin gesellen sich verstärkt einige säuerliche Töne, die das Weizen sehr gut abrunden.

Süffig hefiger, recht süßer Antrunk. Fast schon unpassend dazu wirkt die hohle und trockene Bitterkeit, die ab dem Mittelteil mitspielt. Das Grundaroma gerät so für kurze Zeit aus den Fugen, es wirkt abgenutzt und wenig frisch, die Aromen mild und langweilig. Zum Ende trocken hopfig, wenig herb, fehlerhaft alkoholisch. Insgesamt noch ok. Der Antrunk verspricht mehr, als das Bier dann halten kann. 12/7/8/7/6/7

The bottle looks good, different from the other beers from the brwery. Quite dark for a helles hefeweizen, creamy foam. Tastes strong with a lot of different notes, fruity, lemon, a bit nutty. A bit weeker in the finish. Very drinkable. Good hefeweizen!

Bottle: Deep golden, cloudy, smaller, quite persistent off-white head; moderate nose: wheat with a tinge of toasted malt and sweet fruits; moderate sweet-sourish flavour, medium bodied; wheat, again, in the sweetish-malty finish, tartness almost not detectable. Decent, not earth-shaking Weizen......

(bottle) Hazy, deep golden to amber colour with a thick and tanned foamy head. Sweet, almost a bit molassy and fruity aroma, moderately wheaty with strong notes of bubblegum. Sweet flavour, medium bodied with a mellow carbonation. Moderately wheaty and slightly yeasty taste with notes bubblegum and lighter notes of banana; sweet and slightly bitter finish with a late arriving and shy tartness in the aftertaste (30.07.08).
