Dark red/brown with a small brown head. Aroma: chocolate, coffee, roasted malt, tar, liquorice. Taste: Chocolate, tar, coffee, roasted malt. Balanced good by the hops. Uncomplicated, but really good beer.

Bottle 330ml.Pours black with a nice creamy tan head.Aroma of coffee , roasted malt and licorice .Taste of roasted malts , coffee ,licorice with some warming alcohol .Soft carbonation ,medium body.
Nice stout lack some complexity .

Bottle at EsBF09. Good roasted aroma, sweet and salty liquorice. Black colour. Small stable brown head. The flavour is good and roasted, some piney hop flavour. Very nice. Good coffee aftertaste.

Bottle at home. Black - brown head. Coffee, chocolate, licorice, nice hoppy, light vegetables, light yeasty, sweetness, bitterness, light acid - malt profile, burned. Nice - but something is a bit off/wierd.

Bottle. Nice tan head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate , coffee and licorice.

Bottle. Roasted malt, liquorice and alcohol in aroma. Very dark brown colour, almost black with light brown head. Bittersweet malt flavour with plenty of "English" liquorice. Low carbonation.

Pours black with a beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, liquorish. Flavour is roasted barley, coffee, light chocolate, a bit acidic from the malt.

Bottle. Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Nice intense bur not powerfull aroma. Licorice notes. Moderate bitter flavor. Chocolate and licorice notes. NIce moderate bitter slightly roasted finish. Creamy palate.
Very nice beer.
