Bottle.Pours amber with an off-white head. Aroma of malt, some butterscotch, caramel and fruitiness. Flavor is sweet and malty with some caramel, alcohol and grains. Medium body, average carbonation.

Bottle. A big, light beige head forms over a copper colored body. Unclear. Butterscotchy aroma with toffee and some fruityness. Sweetish flavor with much less butterscotch than in the aroma. Some alcohol blends in. Caramel. fruityness and a pleasant bitterness. Full body, soft carbonation and semi-sweet. Lasting sweet flavor. Well, not my preferred beer in any way, but it’s sort of decent anyway. 130516

Pours clear dark amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, chocolate and floral. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, pours dark brown with clingy off-white head, aromas of toffee, a little lemon, faint smoke, rich body with caramel, plenty of pine and citrus hoppiness, hints of grape and earth. Very nice hoppy variation on the dunkelbock theme.

Botella. Clear amber Brown colour with a big steady very nice looking solid rock creamy head, really nice. Sweet caramel toasty malty aroma with bit fruit to it. Good mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet with toasted caramel and malt, yeast, bit fruit.´Not so much bitterness. Sweet toasty malty finish.

Pour clear dark nut-brown, with a small white head. Aroma of caramel, nuts, cereal, slight leather. Taste is rather sweet, with some faint bitter notes. Medium bodied, with a slightly flat carbonation.

Clear medium to dark amber orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120331]

Pours copper with a beige head. Aroma is breaddy malt and citrus. Flavour is malt, caramel, peach toffee and light citrus.

botlte at ungstrup. clear light brown, smooth light brown head. mild aroma, slightly malty. flavor is bitter malty, bitter caramelly, slightly roasted, flowery, nice.
