Bottle from Meny Oslo City enjoyed at home
Rusty red, hazy, big beige head. Smell of bready malts, hints of toffee and citrus hops. Moderate sweet, toffee, bread, biscuit, malts; ends with a moderate bitter finish with citrus and earthy hops. Quite tasty bitter

A tall and dense blond head with good lacework. Body is slighly hazed, deep orange colored. Clean sem-dry, light toasted and doughy malt aroma. Subtle fruit, hay and soil from the hops added. Smooth, sparkling mothfeel. Healthy body. Well balanced flavors. Clean and crisp malt profile with some residuals. Gentle but distinct hop bitterness. Fine fruity and grassy hop flavors. Well crafted with good drinking qualities. [0.5 l bottle brought home from Meny Oslo City]

On bottle from Meny Oslo City. Copper colored, slighty hazy, good velvety foam. Aromas of dried fruits, malt, some fruitiness and ok yeast influence. Medium body & complexity. Good bitterness and balance. Enjoyable

A bit dark golden pour with a fine head. Aroma and flavor are a bit bready, mild grassy and fruity. Unfortunately did this Norwegian bitter not help much. England lost 2-1 to Italy in the world cup.

Bottle. Pours hazy dark golden with a finger thick airy mocha head. Aroma is roasted malts with caramel, and just some balancing whiffs of nice hops. Medium body with average carbonation. Flavour is initially quite bitter with orange peel, balanced by roasted malts with caramel and toffee. Nice long citrusy finish.

0.5l bottle from #blank. This is a blurry deep dark golden colored one, well at least it starts off blurry, a bit down the bottle it went quite cloudy and even had some big chunky floaters and sediments, with a really big and lasting just off-white head that’s refusing to let go. On the nose I get a good amount of sweetness from caramel, fruits and wood juices. It’s quite fruity indeed with tones of both peaches, strawberries and yellow raspberries. I’m not surprised that I enjoy this aroma cause this brewer has impressed me in every bottle I’ve had so far. Saying that, this don’t really taste all that good. It has metallic copperish brown flavor combined with dry caramel, light grass and yeast. It has a surprisingly nice and light oily feeling in the mouth with a average big bubbled carbonation level. Ends floral with more if that dry caramel touch. By all means, it’s a flavorful bitter just not completely my favorite genre today I guess and I didn’t fancy those pretty clear metallic tones. 01.04.2014

25.04.2014, 0,5l bottle @ home:
Small creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is mild and slightly grainy, hay, hops, wet grain, grass, weeds, flowers. Taste is slightly dry grassy, hay, weeds, hops, grain, grass, paper. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Nice enough.
