Light unclear light medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting - diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, fruity, banana, rubber notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20090904]

Draught at the brewpub. It is unclear golden with a huge, creamy head. The aroma has notes of clove, yeast, banana and wheat. The flavour has sweetness and notes of banana, clove, wheat and the finish is slightly spicy. It is a really nice weizen with a good balance and harmony.

MiP (13598) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - JUL 22, 2008
Draught at the brewpub. Weak spicy aroma, perhaps a little plastic. Cloudy orange colour. Not as cloudy as their Helles. Big stable white head. The flavour is spicy, slightly phenolic, but still OK. Good mouthfeel.

Ungstrup (29286) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - NOV 24, 2006
An unclear light orange beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with strong notes of wheat as well as light notes of bananas. The flavor is very wheaty and sweet again with light notes of banana, leading to a dry citrusy and wheaty end. A very refreshing Hefeweizen.

(On tap) Hazy pale golden with a rather tall and handsome, white head. Distinct yeast and citrus in the aroma. Medium body, lightly sweet with very fresh notes of banana and clove. Lightly phenollic, no bitterness. But very fresh overall. 051106
