Bottle. Pours a darker gold color for what was expected (almost like a pale ale). 1 1/2 finger head that dissipated almost instantaneously. Aroma is of slight bread and a super light hop presence. The taste is bready along with, again, light fruits. Not bad just not wowing me. Pretty damn drinkable, just not something I’m seeking out.

pours hazy gold with very little aroma. Flavor is a but like hay that finishes semi sweet.

hayduke (3322) - Eureka, California, USA - JUN 14, 2012
UPDATED: JUN 22, 2012 I had this in a shared tasting with Strykzone. It poured a hazy light orange amber. It raised a huge head that tool forever to settle. Massive lacing rings. The nose is light ripe fruit, flowers, and a hint of sulfur. Light in body. Fizzy in mouthfeel. The flavor is not strong and shows lot of light fruit. The more I drank it the better it got. Appreciated the reasonable ABV. Light bitter finish. Not an outstanding beer, but drinkable.

A decent beer. Sweet aroma and flavor. Orange blossom and citrus notes. Kind of a thin mouthfeel. Fizzy.

Bottle. Pours with a lightly hazed, deeper than expected, orange hued body with a large white head. Aromas are nutty, bready and malty. Lightly astringent. Flavors are sweet, raw wort, grainy, cereal like, nutty, peanut shells. Medium bubbles, some sweetness. To be honest, flawed; not great.

The aroma is unique in that it’s the first beer that smells like chips and dip. The appearance is deep gold with medium head. The taste is like the aroma. The palate is average. Overall an odd beer but not bad.

Bottle. Pours a golden amber with a medium white head. Light, slightly sweet aroma with fruity notes and a touch of floral/grassy hops. Lightly sweet flavor with caramel and grassy/floral hop notes. Thin and a little bland but not bad for a session beer. Finish is a light sweetness and light grassy hop bitterness.

sweet candy lager aroma. i wish my bomber bottle label looked like the one on the bomber pictured. Lots of flavor in this alky mild beer. very nice head that fades rapidly. taste is somewhat chewy and may i say leathery. pale yellow color. finish is quite beery but not really rude, goes down easy. good sizzle. not as behaved as a real golden or blonde lager but ok none the less. intriguing.
