3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle... Pours mostly clear and orange with a small, creamy, white head. Good retention. The aromatics consist of tea biscuit, fruitcake and grapefruit with a hint of resin. Medium to full-bodied with laid-back carbonation. The flavor presents lots of citrusy, rindy bitterness alongside modest fruitcake sweetness. Lengthy, bitter, grassy finish. Bottle courtesy of growler!

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle shared by Darrell. Thanks man.
The beer appears a murky orange color with a small, white head. Decent aroma with hops in the front and sturdy malt bill behind. A bit sharp on the palate. Hops first, followed by a healthy malt presence. Not balanced particularly well. Medium bodied with solid carbonation. Lingering pine and hops with subtle notes of alcoholic warmth. Overall, an ok beer.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
Overall, OK, but too many bittering hops, not enough aromatic ones. The aromatic hop notes were nice, however.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange with a small frothy off white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is citrus, pine, and resin. Medium mouthfeel with a strong spicy hop bite and light citrus with lingering dry bitterness. Alcohol hidden well making it easy to drink, a good IIPA from Knee Deep.

4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
22 ounce bottle. Served in a snifter, the beer pours an orange/amber color with about an inch off-white head. The head sticks around a while, and there’s also a lot of lacing. Aroma is nice and hoppy, it mostly smells like pine and citrusy (grapefruit, tropical fruit) hops, along with some caramel malt. Taste is similar to the aroma, the hop flavor is nice and bitter. There’s also a bit of herbal hops noticeable. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it’s a bit slick with moderate carbonation. I think it’s a good overall brew. Definitely worth a try at $6.99 a bomber.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Tastes of the caramel malt base with some decent hop notes. Malts lead off with caramel and toffee. This leads to a moderately bitter hop character that has pine and citrus. The hops feel quite underdone in terms of aroma and actual flavor contributions. Alcohol is noticeable with some astringency.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle: Poured a coppery orange with carbonated dregs consuming the glasses edges, the head was creamy and off white. Aroma was a blast of citrus grapefruit hops and light malt. The taste was bold pine and citrus hops that livened the palate but was slowly soothed by the malt balance. The tongue was left dry and slight grapefruit remained.
