Bottle. Caramel/copper colored pour with a healthy thick froth of off-white foam. Aroma is pleasant pine and bitterness over a relatively sweet malt backbone with some bready aspects and some lingering spice from the hops. Taste is a good mixture of pine and bitterness with bready sweet malt and caramel before lingering down into a slightly bitter finish. Coating mouthfeel (not dry IMHO). On the malt heavy side of the IIPA spectrum but all the components work well for me. Good beer.

Bottle. Pours gold/copper with a 2 finger white head. Aroma is lots of fresh citrus and pine. Tropical notes become more apparent as it warms. Taste follows suit and is intensely bitter. Sweet malt notes and some alcohol sting on the finish. Creamy mouthfeel, strong carbonation and dry finish. Hard to ask for more from a DIPA.

22 oz Bomber. The beer pours to a dark golden light amber color with a medium off white head. The aroma is strong with pine, citrus & grapefruit. The taste is medium in body with a slightly sweet upfront taste followed by a medium bitter finish that lingers shortly. Overall a very good DIPA. Would buy again.

Bomber bottle. Pours amber, white head. Aroma’s hops, towards the grapefruit side of the hop world. Taste is bitter and sweet, finish is nice. All around decent DIPA

bomber into a wine glass Clear caramel amber color. Good half finger of white head. Sticky and leaves nice lacing. Nose is grapefruit and pine. Very dank and bitter nose. Good caramel nose. Taste is very bitter, dank and pungent. Pine, grapefruit, orange and a lot of peel to go along with that. Oily, yet dry. Big and bold. Highly bitter and aggressive but quite nice.

Masterkush7 (559) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - DEC 9, 2013
Bomber bottle. Aroma is hoppy. Appearance is a deep amber with a nice foamy head. The taste starts out a different type of hop then rolls into a nice hop flavor. Palate is bitter, but good for a double ipa. Overall, a good double. Well balanced

Kick my face with hops please. As good if not better than many other dipas. Gets more and more bitter until its like sand paper grinding your tongue. Big grapefruit aroma

22oz bottle from Cask n’Flask, San Jose. Deep bronze crowned with a huge, heavily cratered cream foam. Floral, mandarin, blackcurrant, lychee, caramel and honey notes in a fragrant and hop-dominated aroma. Fine flavour with peppery, trifle-bottom booze and honeyed, husk-accented malt overpowered by aromatic tangerine and floral hops. Pine and soapy lavender. Not a sniff of the considerable ABV. Rounded and aromatic IPA.
