COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is a classic Red Ale brewed with British malts, East Kent Golding hops and fermented with Irish Ale yeast, but with a West Coast spin to it. Must I say Amarillo. Once you taste it, youíll be back for more.

bottle. clear orange/amber with a large, fluffy, white head. nose is a mix of lemon, peppery hops, and floral hops all blended with mild toasted malt nose. flavor has caramel and toasted malt flavors with the mix of floral and citrus. light astringency. i love amarillo, but something is adding to that bitterness that i donít care for.

Bomber from Hayduke. This beer was well filtered and clear brown. It had a huge head on each of the 3 pours needed in my Perfect Pint. The head was not only huge but was rocky and left layers of lacing. The nose was soft with fruit, earth, and chocolate. The flavor was malt forward but nothing here was really big. Hops added fruit and bitterness was very mild. This reminded me of a cross between and English bitter and a brown. It had an authentic English feel to it. I liked this beer and found it to be very easy to drink and tasty.

22oz bottle. Rating #9. Clear dark amber color with a light beige head. Toasty malt aroma with an underlying sweetness. Flavor us similar, mire toastiness with a mild aftertaste, very well made and enjoyable. (1973)

Light copper body with a thin white head,. The aroma is earthy hops over a light malt base. The flavor is pretty simple but well balanced between the malt sweetness and hop bitterness.

Pours a clear coppery brown-red with a fairly thick, if not persistent, pale copper-tan head. Malty aroma has a hoppy overtone and just a hint of pomme fruit. Flavor is more hoppy than malty, almost like an IPA, somewhat bitter, with a grassy note and subtle hints of apple and caramel. Ragged texture has a fair amount of fizz and decent body. An interesting brew, to say the least.

Bottle. Pours dark amber with a medium beige head. Aroma of sweet caramel, light roast and light citrus. Moderately sweet caramel flavor with bread and light roast notes mixed with grass and citrus hops. Medium bitter citrus finish. Pretty tasty but not a typical irish ale.

Pours deep amber copper head. Smells of raisins figs caramel. Tastes the same. Only let down is how quickly the taste leaves pallet. Very nice red ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
