COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Simtra Triple IPA delivers a punch in the face with its very danky hop aroma derived from Simcoe and Citra hops. You wanted more hops you got them.

bottle from my local whole foods in norcal .. great find. pours a dark coppery gold w/ light carbonation. excellent floral hops aroma. thick and chewy with a ’cheese’ flavor that is quite delightful. big hops and strong bite. only complaint probably a little too high in alcohol which distorts the finish a bit too much to my taste. overall very tasty however.

Pours a clear and slightly pale gold with a small white head and great lacing. Wonderful aromas of tangerine and spruce. Smooth and clean with a fairly balanced flavor despite the amount of hops, touch of a bite on the tip of the tongue.

Rating #2200! Bottle @ Bruce’s. The pour’s amber with a tiny white head. The aroma’s bright, very grassy. Notes of caramel, strong maltiness. A bit or orange peel, marmalade. Sugary fruit candy. The taste is strong marmalade and orange sweetness. Woody, resinous hop bitterness. Quite jammy. Big beer, full body. Boozy. Overall, a pretty good beer. Nice stuff.

UPDATED: MAR 14, 2013 Bottle at Bruce’s, London to celebrate Jorge Mario Bergoglio of Argentina and his election as Pope Francis. Big thanks to Bruce for this one! Pours clear gold with a fine, creamy white head. Alcohol-soaked citrus fruits in the nose, orange, some light bread. Medium to big sweet flavor, moderate bitterness, some juicy pine, bit of boozy sting. Full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Warm, fairly boozy finish, moderate resins, orange and tangerine, a touch medicinal. Really, it’s a bit boozy overall.

Pours dark amber with a white head. Huge hop aroma. Tastes of pine and grapefruit. Very hop forward. The alcohol is noticeable but pretty well hidden considering it's 11%. Very drinkable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Clear golden pour, with a medium large white head, nice lacing. Very aromatic - floral and tropical fruit. Flavors of tropical fruit, passion fruit, mango, sweetness, citrus, caramel, dank fresh hop juice, and light bitterness. Quite good, I enjoyed it a lot.

Bottle - Pours light amber with a thin white head. Nose is stinky dank hops--cat piss and onions. Taste is fairly dry malt, a bit of honey, and really dank hops. Finishes sharp and oniony, with some boozy warmth. Fairly thin in the mouth with medium carbonation. Good, but after the initial blast of hops it’s a bit sharp.

22 oz bottle. Clear yellow brown with a lacy white head. Nose is watermelon, caramel, mango, pineapple and weed; so yummy. Oily, resiny medium to full body with a tingle. Taste is initially sweet with bubblegum and cantaloupe then quite bitter with pine, earthy grapefruit and juniper. A big buddha beast.
