Simtra Triple IPA delivers a punch in the face with its very danky hop aroma derived from Simcoe and Citra hops. You wanted more hops you got them.

Bomber from McGee. Hazy, orange-gold pour with a short white head leaving moderate lace. Nose is pine, tropical fruit and weed, with a touch of EtOH heat and sweet malt. Medium-heavy body and moderate carbonation. Pine resin, caramel, ganja and grapefruit. Finish is nicely balanced and ending rather bitter and earthy. A big beer, and it shows in spots, but I would absolutely drink this one again.

Bottle at RBSG thanks to ____. Big citrusy glass of hops. And rubbing alcohol. Holy fuck this beer has heat. Overall: hop infused spirit. Tasty at any rate.

Bottle. Moderate roasted grain for the malt, moderate to heavy pine and spruce for the hops, light soap for the yeast with dried apricot and alcohol in the background. Head is small, frothy, white with some slippery lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is murky medium amber/beige. Flavor starts moderately sweet and acidic, then finishes lightly to medium sweet and bitter. Palate is medium to full, oily with a soft to lively carbonation and moderate to heavy alcoholic finish. Excellent DIPA, full of piney hops and a nice bite in the flavor.

22 picked up at the Boise COOP for about $9ish.. a little pricey given the other DIPAís available locally. Clear golden.. perfectly golden with a nice foamy white head... looks amazing. Fruity citrus is huge and unapologetic.. light herbaceous elements with warmth.. Bitter up front.. pithy citrus and lesser fruity floral notes as it warms up.. Knee Deep is a very welcome in Boise.. The bottles are pretty representative of West Coast IPAís.

Tap at Billco, Napa. Pours fairly light golden color almost no head, minimal lacing. Not unsurprising given that itís an 11% IIPA. Aroma is juicy citrus, orange, and tangerine with some floral notes. Dank hops. Flavor is candied tangerine orange , lemon and caramel sweetness. Hoppy but a good balance. Really excellent. Itís hoppy but itís just so good. Knee Deep does west coast hops so well.

Hazy orange color with big white head. Aroma is hop explosion, sweet juice, citrus, piney, earthy. Taste is refreshing, soothing, great residual sweetness, not too punchy, bitter finish. Honey as well. Both warming and refreshing. Fine-bubbled carbonation. This has 11.25 ABV? Crazy. I like this very much.

Draught: Somewhat orangish darker golden color. There was a small white head on it. Good nose! Lots of hops! Some sweetness, citrus, pine, earthy. The taste is quite good. Some sweet malts, and a lot of hops. Pine, earthy, citrus. A really good TIPA!

75cl bottle shared in a Struise glass. Dark orange to amber with a voluminous white head which lasts admirably. Aroma is pine and resinous hops with very little else going on. Taste is more of the same - lovely mouthfeel and the carbonation is spot on. Not so malty compared to other sweeter efforts which is my preference. Clearly, a strong beer but very well balanced and you would not know this was over 11% ABV. Best IPA I have tried thus far.
