COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Simtra Triple IPA delivers a punch in the face with its very danky hop aroma derived from Simcoe and Citra hops. You wanted more hops you got them.

Aromas of resin pine & citrus right away when opened. Pours a deep red/orange clear with good carbonation. Head is white and firm long lasting. The flavors are intense hoppy up front with a smooth bread yeast & malt backup. A truly wonderful beer for a hophead like me.The alcohol could be toned down a bit Reminds me of Pliny the Younger from a few years ago.

Bomber bottle. Poured a golden color with an averaged sized head. Pine, citrus, spicy hops, with some caramel. Smooth and easy drinking with the alcohol content hidden.

Nice full bitter astringent hoppy resinous grapefruit IPA. Body is still medium and drinkable. Good good beer ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Very nice aroma with citrus, pine, and some alcohol. Very bitter flavor with some citrus and heavy alcohol. More bitterness and more alcohol in the finish. I like imperial IPAs, but this was a little over the top and probably could have used a few less ABVs, Still a really good beer though.

This is an awesome beer. Get this fresh if possible. Knee Deep is my favorite brewery, period.

Should be called Death by IPA. Got this at the brewery on probably the best flight I've ever had. They pour 4 five ounce doubles and triples if you ask, for $6. All the knee Deep beers have great lacing and aroma. They are very hop friendly, especially the Simtra. - Snowboards and IPA

Pours cloudy orange. Head is thin and filmy in nonic pint. Aroma of bread and HOPS! Fresh squeezed orange and pine. Same taste and big dank backbone. Alcohol taste on finish means business. Pretty good; pretty strong.

Draft. Unclear deep orange amber with a lasting, sticky head. Big hop flavor and aroma as you would expect. Strong bitterness but balanced by enough sweetness. Full body. Alcohol hidden well. Oily and a bit sticky. Surprisingly easy drinking. Its a mouthfull of hops.

Citrus, hoppy bitterness, wet on the palate but dry aftertaste. I won’t to like this IPA but it does nothing will and barley makes the rank of marginal. Citrus, wet, bitter, dry fully summarizes the experience of this beer. Not again

You can’t tell the 11% at all. Very strong citrus/pine hops. Bitter finish. Malt to balance, toasty.
