Pours a deep brown color with a roasted malt aroma. Taste is of burnt malt mixed with chocolate and coffee. The coffee flavor is evident throughout the beer with a tinge of vanilla. A robust porter as advertised, with full flavor.

Bomber from bevmo. vanilla working on the front end. Bittersweet coffee and roastiness quickly comes in and drowns out the sweet vanilla. Competing flavors here and not quote working too well together. Otherwise the individual flavors are pretty nice.

The aroma is subdued. Vanilla and chocolate hints prevail. A near black pour with a tan head which quickly turns to a tan ring with abundent lacing. While the nose was subtle, the tongue isn’t. Vanilla bomb! Chocolate and coffee notes are present along with a wonderful bitter finish and aftertaste. Medium body and medium carbonation. Overall, very tasty, very satisfying, and very drinkable. (Thanks to Ken for sharing.)

Deep brown color with a one-finger tan head. Aroma is distinctly vanilla, masking anything else. The taste is similar, with a prettymuch overpowering sweetness. Smooth texture, low carbonation and a coying finish.

Bottle. Black with a thin tan head. Aroma is piney hops and a touch of vanilla. Doesn't propel as much aroma as I'd like. Taste is vanilla and marshmallow with a touch of roasted malt in the finish. Palate is slightly thin and doesn't linger quite long enough. Not bad but needs some work.

Poured from 22 oz from blackwells at home. Jet black with off white head. Taste is as advertised. Vanilla coffee and delicious. Not much more to say. Super good
