It’s a light golden beer with a white head. The aroma has initially a bit of cabbage and then notes of malt and fruit. The flavor has sweetness and perfumed notes of grain, malt and the finish has some citrus.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear pale golden, rich firm head. Bready grassy nose. Very dry with dense bready malt. Soft for a pilsener, and with generous amounts of grassy hops that turn bitter early on. A drinkable and refreshing hardcore pilsener!

Yikes...very short pour. Rich gold colour with a thick head. Malt accented nose sadly with a hint of diacetyl. It’s got a diacetyl taste with some bready malts fighting for space on the palate. Not my type of pils, but I guess it’s well-made for what they’re attempting.

At brewery. As golden as a helles. Looks like one too. White head. The aroma is odd, slightly phenolic, and sulfuric but not enough to be off-putting. The finish has some grassy hop. Not sweet. Has a touch of diacetyl. Is on the brink of being undrinkable.

Bottle in Quinns. Alround rating: I recon i had this in the can in the kulminator, but forgot to write the name and have been searching for it ever since. Sweeter pale malts, herbal and lightly grassy hop, on the sweet side of balanced but still nice stuff.

500ml bottle (One Pint, Helsinki, Oktoberfest 2008)
Pale orange, small white head. Soft grainy aroma, a touch dry. Very soft palate, soft carbonation. Very well balanced - not too pointy in any particular direction. Very malty, loads of grains. Hops in nice full buds, and that’s the best part of the finish. Could do with a touch more bittering, and still remain a good session.
