0,75l @ Oluthuone Kaisla. Smooth apple skin aroma. Nice golden brown color with only few sparkles. Rich Apple taste with some earth/grass. Like Finnish cinnamon apples. Overall: Good value of money if you like still cider like medium dry Henneys Vintage 2010. Just try it!...

Bottle. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is apple, fruit, yeast. Flavour is apple, fruit, yeast, earth, sourness. Nice cider.

Bottle 750ml. clear glass.

Clear medium orange colour with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, ripped apple, yellow apples, wood, vanilla. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, apple, ripped apple, dry, tart. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat. [20110417]

Bottle @ Ulfborg Easter Gathering, 2011. 3rd session. Pours clear dark golden with a bubbly off white head. Dry and fruity. Red and green apples. A bit of barnyard. Tart and really dry end. Nice

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of sweet apples. Taste is light sweet and light sour with a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. It pours a clear, dark golden body and a little head as well. It’s quite vinegarish on the nose, lots of apples too, and also some orchard and earthy notes. The flavor is quite vinegarish in the back, with lots of apples and pleasant earthy touch. Dry and puckering. A really pleasant one, with good apple flavor and a nice acidity. Wouldn’t mind drinking more of this one. 110417

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear deep golden with hardly any head. Sweetish and fairly intense apple aromas with a vanilla touch - a little wood also? Medium body, sweet Sherry-like with fresh apples, some sulphur and a tannic whiff. Nice one. 170411

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. No head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are nice tart apples and wood. Naturally sweet and sour. Good cider.

From the barrel at GBBF, day 3 on 3 August 2006. Hazy yellow colour. Described as medium but actually fairly dry. Pulpy apple aroma. Just a touch of farmyard. Some residual fruit in the flavour with light tannin.
