COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Farmhouse Cider

Malvern Oak Dry Reserve is a refreshing, balanced cider made from a variety of traditional cider apples, including Yarlington Mill, Harry MasterŐs Jersey, Dabinett and Kingston Black.
With the help of ’mother nature’, Malvern Oak is fermented to 6% alcohol to encapture the full flavour of the wine of the orchards, differing from many other ciders due to our unique blend of bittersweet cider apple varieties.
Malvern Oak Dry Reserve should be served slightly chilled – a great companion to good food or sipped from a glass whilst lazing in the shade.
This natural product is made without the use of apple concentrate, or any artificial flavours, colours or sweeteners.

0.75 l bottle bought at the local Tesco in Eastbourne. Pours out in a clear deep golden colour with smooth body. Aroma of ripe apples and leaves. Taste of fresh and intense red apples, light caramel, pears and leaves. Very dry finish. Wonderful and smooth to drink with being very refreshing and quaffable at once. Great cider.

Bottle from Teasco, Eastbourne shared with McTapps. Wonderful nose filled with honey, apples and some cereals. Bit too low in the carbo. Very dry ending combined with a semisweet taste full of apples and some honey. Really easy to drink and very pleasing in the end. Thumbs up.

750ml bottle as Tillington Hills Premium Cider from the Co-op, chilled. Clear deep golden colour, short-lived thin white foam head and aroma of tart apple, honey, woody, barnyard. Taste is dry fruity apple, wood, vanilla, barnyard, with a slight solvent note. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low to medium carbonation, drying tangy tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottled 15/06/14. An orange gold headless cider. A nice sweetish cider where the apple flavours are true and realistic. An easy to drink cider yet at the same time true to its routes. Nice.

750ml as ’Tillington Hills’, split with Hatzer round The Folks’, 05/01/14. Dusty, interesting and tannic aroma with a tale to tell like a pub carpet that’s been vomited and trodden on for decades. Even better flavour; light and crisp with hints of smoke, juniper, tannins. Good drinkable mellow acidity. Thoroughly enjoyable.
