750 ml bottle. Dark golden body with a disappearing white head. Aroma of ripe apples and cellar notes. Flavor is matured apples, cellar notes and wood. Does not feel particular refreshing, a bit heavy and lots of wood in aftertaste.

Bottle. Pours golden witha tiiny head. Aroma of ripe red apples, ash, wood, some funk and a hint of vanilla. Flavor of sweet apples and some wood.Somewhat astringent with a dry finish. Medium body, soft carbonation.

Tillington Hills: This was a pleasant surprise! (The Co-Op label doesn’t do it any favours) It smells great, tastes immediately dry, follows with fairly fresh sour apples. Possibly a slighty over clean, weak appearance in the glass but don’t be fooled by this wolf, decent abv, quality english cider, would definately recommend!

I’m buying this as Tillington Hills at CO-OP in the UK and for me it is the greatest Cider in the world. I don’t claim to be an expert but I have had a good go at whats on offer at the English Cider Centre at Middle Farm and I prefer this.
I can’t speak for everyone but when I imagine drinking a nice cider this is the taste I imagine. The only reason I’m not giving it 20 overall is that you never know what will happen later in life. One 750 ml bottle gives you a really quality buzz as well, so definitely not one to drink and drive.
