On tap (in the Brauereigarten): Light amber (like honey) coloured, small, slowly diminishing off-white head; malty (honey) nose with a distinctive bitterness; medium bodied, bitter-sweet, quite robust flavour; lingering, malty,a bit fruity, but mainly hoppy, aromatic finish.
