Jun 5, 2008 Bottle at the brewery in Schammelsdorf. Wet up front but then semi-crisp cookie and cracker malts. Fresh and cold, some small biting hops and smackingly crisp pils malts, tastes like hoppy bread and sweaty bran. Pretty nice.

May 31, 2008 (Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of MoritzF. Comes as "Schammelsdorfer Ungspund’s Lagerbier". Pours a clear golden with a small, rough white head. Lightly tart and buttery nose. Medium body, unclean and fusty with a light acidity. Afraid this is infected. 040408
