Bottled. Deep hazy orangeish-amber colour with mediumsized beigeish foamy head. Aroma is banana, some wheat, yeast and mild herbal notes. Flavour is being quite much the same except for the bananaish notes, which are very mild. Resfreshing, but nothing that special in the world of wheat beers.

Brown-tan colour with dense haze. Quite wheaty with apple acidity, hints of banana and accent of farmhouse rusticity. Decent weizen.

pivnizub (8948) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - JUL 12, 2009
Bottle: Deep golden to light amber coloured, small but stable off-white head, persistent carbonation; sweetish-wheaty nose with cloves and a touch of yeast detectable; moderate sweet-sourish flavour, medium bodied; the faintest illusions of hops are detectable in the sweet fruity-wheaty and sourish finish. Not bad at all.............

Beershine (5218) - The Sunshine State, Florida, USA - JUN 29, 2009
Draft at brewpub. Is a dark murky ochre color with a nice lasting cap. The aroma is spritzy, with orange and citrus and like many other Franken weissbiers has little in the way of banana. Seems yeasty at first, but is not as thick or sticky as I imagined. It’s refreshing, and simply decent.

omhper (19696) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - AUG 15, 2008
Draught at the brewpub. Hazy deep golden, small head. Fruity yeasty nose with some banana. Sweet and sweaty, lightly carbonated. Fruity and quite vague. Reasonable weizen, but no more.

MoritzF (8563) - Bochum, GERMANY - MAR 10, 2008
(bottle) Cloudy deep orange coloured effervescent hue with a huge, off-white foamy head. Yeasty, quite sourish citrus-fruity and light-sweet wheaty nose with light notes of banana Sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied with a fizzy carbonation. Wheat-malty and moderately fruity (banana, ripe citrus) with a distinctive yeasty bitterness; moderately dry, yeasty-, slightly hop-bitter and slightly tart finish with moderate spicy accents. Drinkable but it also lacks a bit balance (10.03.08).

TBone (12822) - Pori, FINLAND - OCT 30, 2005
Bottled (BB 02/2006)
Copper-orangy brown, a bit hazy after adding some yeast, small white head. Very yeasty aroma, crisp, lemony-fruity esters, underlying banana notes. Dry, bitterish wheat flavors, maybe some unfermented sugars mixed in. Raw, unbalanced even a bit smokey/roasted. Interesting but not so drinkable.

sayravai (4673) - Helsinki, FINLAND - OCT 24, 2005
(Bottled) Hazy amber color with a smallish head. Aroma of apple and cinnamon, some banana-fruitiness, fresh. Extremely fruity, sweetish banana-vanilla flavor with apple and cinnamon hints. Medium-bodied palate with quite low carbonation. A very nice and tasty weizen.
