2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Man-sized mug from Twin Peaks at cwsample’s bachelor party. Served alongside chicken fried steak (2lbs breading, 3oz steak), macaroni cheese, and mashed potatoes. Waitress literally dumped her nose in another customer’s beer to smell whether it was Miller or Coors. She was not as cute as she thought she was. Light brown pour with little to no head. Aroma is roasted malts, caramel, and cereal. Flavor is roasted, a little sweet, malty, and sticky. Bitter finish. Fizzy.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Tap at Twin Peaks with Fratto at cwsample’s bachelor party. Clear amber color. Slight head. Light aroma with a small feeling of nuts and malts. Taste is sweet candy that immediately turns bitter. Light toasted nuts. Some caramel. Not too bad, the finish is alittle unsettling.

Exclusive to twin peaks. Not a big fan of peaks but I like having the beer slush occasionally ( their beer served @ 30° so the top layer is slushy ice) Has a sweet aftertaste beer that’s slightly caramely w/ a little more honey aftertaste to it. Lighter & sweeter than Shiner but much closer to its quality than a Bud, Miller, or Coors. I was impressed but... Franconia makes quality stuff so not surprised.

"Man sized ::wink::" glass from tap (from
the 27.4*F bank, not the 29.1*F one) The places I go for a new Franconia rate. Served at what seems to be absolute zero. There are ice chips in it. Long lasting head (that’s what she said), over a iceberg cluttered brown body. Aroma: ice. Move over Coors, there is a new coldest smelling beer. Taste is grainy and cereally. Some caramel. Fizzy mouthfeel. This beer tastes cold, apparently colder than the rockies. Now I know where strippers work during the day. This place is a joke!

(draught at Twin Peaks served at 27.5 degrees Fahrenheit) chunky ice on top of cloudy brown, creamy tan head and excellent lacing. Nose of nuts, brown sugar, Taste of dirty water, roasted nuts, unsweet grainy malt. Medium to light body with a dark sugary finish that’s also pretty creamy.

@ Twin Peaks Hooterville, the one next to Flying Saucer, not far from Chads place. Hazy copper color with a tan head, probably a 32DD on the bar maid. Mild nutty chocolate aromas; she smelled of pungent sweet vanilla perfume. Smooth medium body with a big J-Lo sized ass and prominent camel toe. Sweet chocolate and caramel flavors she had my nuts tingling.... no, wait, must have meant " with a nutty roasty finish " notes were illegible at this point.

UPDATED: JUL 31, 2010 On tap. Pours a clear deep brown with nice beige head. Aroma of nut, toasted grain, malty. Flavor is very malty, some nuttiness, a touch of dark roated grain, some caramel, nice grainy notes, semi-sweet with light earthiness and a pleasant bitter at the end. Mouth feel is medium body with medium-high carbonation. Overall, an easy drinking, very enjoyable beer!
