from Bierhütte - pours a cloudy orange colour with a little pale beige foam left; the aroma is overwhelmed by a strong presence of cloves leaing just hints of matured bananas in the background; a good malt body and a rather low carbonation for the style which makes it quite heavy; some sweetness and a long, quite tart aftertaste of cloves and another undefined spice
