Clear amber color with a tan head. Looks nice. Decent intensity in the aroma. Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Caramel/toffee, some fruity notes and herbal hoppy flavor.

Tried all of Kochi beers last weekend and this is the only one to make the entry. Simple stout which is too watery and simple.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
Not good. Dull, sediment-and-flat-Coke taste throughout, too many unappealing malts mixed with the least lively of hops. Better stuff out there by far in EST, even in the macro category

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
330 ml bottle. BB 07/09/2015. (Prisma) Tallinn, Estonia.
Beautiful deep red brown color with a tiny light tan head.
Dark fruits, plums, diacetyl, slightly roasted malt, mild smoky notes and mild hops in the aroma. The aroma is rather complex but not necessarily that great... The flavor is toasted malt, smoke, dark fruits, plums and some hoppy notes. Not bad.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours beautiful clear dark red. Tastes bready, small amount of roasted malts or rye. Also some malty sweetness which is balanced with grassy hops. And the hops are quite noticeable for this style. Light body, but that’s ok for a lager. Drinkable and not bad for my first impression of this brewery.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Darker chestnut body, small head. Going by the colour, it’s more like a Dunkel than a Vienna. Weak caramelly aroma with some rye bread. "Smoaked plums" my ass. Taste has toasted malts with some bread crust. Toasty finish. Very basic and flavour intensity is light. Serve this at slightly below room temperature to get any flavour. When cold, it’s suitable for quenching thirst but no more.

Bottle. Pours copper with beige head. The head doesn’t stay. Aroma is sweet, caramel, burnt, some dirty notes. Flavor is very mild, caramel, burnt sugar, some bitterness. Body is thin. Overall: not offending, just extremely bland.
