A light reddish lager-style beer with a caramel aroma and slightly smoky and fruity flavor notes resembling citrus, apricots and smoked plums. Made with four different malt types, this beer provides an enjoyable experience for beer novices and beer connoisseurs alike.

Aroma is rather bready with malt and some roasted tones. Also hints of coffee and nuts. There’s also a slight sour aroma close to Koulu house aroma. Flavour is also rather bready with malty tones, some sourish notes and nuts. Also hints of milk chocolate. Starts to feel a bit sticky and syrupy after some sips. Bready and almost contaminated.

Tap@Kochi Ait Dark clear nut brown color, tiny brown head. Sweetish aroma with some burned malts. Maybe even some vegetables lurking. Light-bodied but ok palate. Front is a bit caramelly, light toastyness. Some unfermented sugars make this a bit "unclean".

IT lloked to me more like a dark lager but it was still a good one, refreshing, a little bit of sweet.

25cl on tap at the brewpub. Clear, deep amber with an almost nonexistent head. Weak malty and caramely aroma with fairly strong notes of metal. Slightly strange, but less sweet than expected and a fairly balanced bitterness. Not the best, but still drinkable.

Tap. Hazy amber color with a thin head. Watery aroma of malt with some resin. Dry, malty taste. Medium thin body.

Tap@brewpub. Reddish brown. Sweetmalty, caramelly with some syrup. And a nice herbal touch. Light body. Sweet malty, some raisins, some light plums. Good flavours, but all very light. Good drinkability, awesome name for a beer!

(Keg at Kochi Ait Trahter, 20130703) The beer poured ruby red and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had caramell, malts and mildly grass. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, caramell, roasted malts, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste was a bit harsh, malty and bitter. A nice malty brew.

Tap (Kochi Ait, Tallinn)
Hazy chestnut colour, brief head. Some jamminess in the aroma. Burnt grains later. Fairly watery palate, crisp carbonation. Seems a bi out of place - I want more thickness in a dunkel. Lovely rich roasted grains. Bready, toasty, even. Dry burnt finish, earthy hop late finish. Super drinkability, could slam a few of these easily. Have this before the Munk, this will taste dull after Munk.

Tap. Dark brown, caramel color. Small head, stays for a moment. Raisins, sweet, watery aroma. Weak aroma overall. Nice roasted malts, bready, earthy and sense of hops in flavor. Nice and full bodied. Slightly buttery and brownies in aftertaste.
