Õrna vürtsise buketi ja magus-hapu alatooniga nisuõlu, milles äratuntav nelgi ja tsitruse maik, kääritatud just nisuõllele mõeldud pinnapärmidega.

This wheat beer, fermented with a top yeast developed specially for wheat beer, is characterized by a mild spicy flavor with a hint of sweet and sourness. Its malty and yeasty taste features clove and citrus.

My Bottom Line:
Banana esters, clovey phenols and wheat ride expansive carbonation, as herbal hop flavour and light bitterness seal this quenching Weissbier-like brew.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam turns to a ring atop the hazy blond.
-Bready connotations are also found throughout.
-This isn’t reinventing the wheel, but it’s doing a good job at the delivering aroma, flavour and body.
-All ingredients are balanced.

Clear pale golden color with a white head. Moderate aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation. Citric, wheat, malty and mild fruity flavor. Fresh and easy drinkable beer. Good.

Not a bad wheat. Notes of clove and spicy yeast. Light body with some sweetness in the finish.

(hand?)bottled (thanks TM). Amber colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is wheat, some citrus, wheat and mild toffeeish notes along with some floral hops. Flavour is toffee, wheat, fruits and some mild spruce to it. Balanced.

330 ml bottle. BB 10/04/16. (Super Alko) Tallinn, Estonia.
Hazy yellow golden color with a midsize foamy white head. Mild bitterness, some yeast, some wheat and some citrus in the aroma. The flavor is sweetness, yeast (very unpleasant), dryness, some spices and wheat. The yeast is making this quite impossible for me to enjoy.

Bottle. Cloudy yellow Hefeweizen body with a small head. Estery aroma with yeast and banana. Sweet yeasty taste with some raw banana and surprisingly some light cranberry sweetness. Crisp wheaty/yeasty finish. An alright German Hefeweizen. I guess this proves again that it’s harder to mess up a wheat beer than it is to mess up a pale lager or a pilsner.

Pretty good but not great, in sum. Too watery (and somehow yet too spicy), with an overly dry finish. Those complaints aside, it’s on the whole a normal-ish wheat beer, and plenty good enough for EST

Hazy yellow beer, big creamy white head. Nose is banana, fruit, and some not too pleasant pungent spice-pepper notes. Flavor is fruity, some yeast, spice, wheat, banana. Dry finish with wheat and lemon notes. It’s not bad, but I’m not enjoying the balance in this one.

UPDATED: JUN 25, 2015 Hazy yellow and strong sweet fruit aroma. Hm.. nice flavor, reminds me a bit of Pihtla õlu, but it’s not that strong. Some banana notes and lemon. The main attention is on the wheat malts. Spicy sour and dry. Minimal hops presence. I wonder what yeast they used, reminds me of something saison-like or Belgium. Nice surprise from Kochi Ait.
