This wheat beer, fermented with a top yeast developed specially for wheat beer, is characterised by a mild spicy flavor with a hint of sweet and sourness. Its malty and yeasty taste features clove and citrus.

Bottle. Cloudy yellow Hefeweizen body with a small head. Estery aroma with yeast and banana. Sweet yeasty taste with some raw banana and surprisingly some light cranberry sweetness. Crisp wheaty/yeasty finish. An alright German Hefeweizen. I guess this proves again that itís harder to mess up a wheat beer than it is to mess up a pale lager or a pilsner.

Pretty good but not great, in sum. Too watery (and somehow yet too spicy), with an overly dry finish. Those complaints aside, itís on the whole a normal-ish wheat beer, and plenty good enough for EST

Hazy yellow beer, big creamy white head. Nose is banana, fruit, and some not too pleasant pungent spice-pepper notes. Flavor is fruity, some yeast, spice, wheat, banana. Dry finish with wheat and lemon notes. Itís not bad, but Iím not enjoying the balance in this one.

UPDATED: JUN 25, 2015 Hazy yellow and strong sweet fruit aroma. Hm.. nice flavor, reminds me a bit of Pihtla űlu, but itís not that strong. Some banana notes and lemon. The main attention is on the wheat malts. Spicy sour and dry. Minimal hops presence. I wonder what yeast they used, reminds me of something saison-like or Belgium. Nice surprise from Kochi Ait.

Tap @. Brewpub. Unclear golden, thick white head. Wheaty, minerally, sweet aroma. Flavor has wheat, minerals, like eating vitamin pills, earthy, yeasty. Banana in the finish. Flavor saves this beer.

Tap@brewpub. Yellow hazy. Wheat malts, bit weisse estery, ripe yellow fruity nose. Not that bad actually. Med bodiied, slight oily mouthfeel. Wheat malts, some vegetables, huskyness. The nose held hopes, but overall not a really interesting or enjoyable beer. Goes well with the rustic feel of the place, thouggh.

330 ml bottle. Didnít know Kochi Ait beers come in bottles, so bought a selection now when I saw them at Sadama Market. Pours whitish, straw pale. Some foam at first bit it does come down quickly. Aroma has lots of wheaty banana, some raw dough, artificial sweet summer berries. Taste is quite full, some murkiness there but it doesnít really bother. Bit of cloves. Feels thick and full of sand? Not bad at all but also not remarkable in any way. Could probably like it more when its draught at the brewpub.

0,33L bottle (from SuperAlko, Tallinn), BB 29.07.15. Pours hazy golden with white head. Small head stays for some time. Aroma sweet, ftuits, spices, malt, wheat, salty notes. Flavor is sweet and sour, fruits, citrus, wheat, yeast, very spicy, and somewhat malty. Finish is citrus bitter. Body is somewhat on the thin side . Overall: ok.
