cloudy golden colour, moderate white head; aroma of grassy and citrussy hops with some maltyness; taste is dominated by hoppy bitterness with grapefruit notes and some malty sweetness;correct ipa, but not too multi-dimensional

Owocowo-żywiczny zapach i niezła goryczka, piana szybko opada, piwo niezłe ale IPA to to nie jest.

Very good beer with nice golden color and soft fruit aroma. If you drink this beer, you have the feeling you can drink hectoliters of it because its not so heavy.

Bottle. Golden colored liquid, very clear with fair white head. Aroma is very citrusy, also some grass and not very good iron note. Taste is bittersweet, like unfiltered orange juice. Medium body with sticky texture and average carbonation. Clean, zesty finish. I expected little bit more from this.

PET-bottle from Zly Casy Pivoteka, Prague. Somewhat hazy pale golden beer with a nice offwhite head. Grapefruit aroma, citrus, peach, grassy hops, iron notes. Quite bitter hoppy grass flavor, citrus, grapefruit, floral notes, pine spes. Hoppy bitter finish with pine apes, pears and grass.

On tap at Toulavy Kocour Pub Brno (03/03/13). Hazy very pale gold pour with frothy pure white head. Aroma is a real citrus bomb, citra/centennial, orange pulp, really perfumy and enticing. Flavor of freshly squeezed orange juice, nice citrusy taste, biscuity malts, really clean, good zesty finish, bitterness is light. Palate is light, nice and dry, medium carbonation. Really good.

Draft at BBF 2013. Hazy golden, medium white head. Aroma of grass and light fruit. Taste is bittersweet and fruity straw.

My Bottom Line:
Super citrusy and floral hoppiness moves into refined base malts before leaving a trail of resinous bitterness on the palate.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A creamy head of foam garnishes the dark golden haze.
-The hop bitterness also has grassy edges.
-Mouthfeel is slender, very drinkable.
-It could be more aromatic, but it is a very friendly, refined hop vehicle.

Color - fine, pale orange. Aroma of grapefruit, lemon and grass. Very rich citrus taste. Strong, long lasting bitterness. Carbonation a bit too high. Very good IPA.

Bottle from Pivni Rozmanitost. Yellow ochre colour, small whitish head. Nettle and citrus aroma. Medium body, long-lasting bitterness, citrus flavours propelled by perfect carbonation. Excellent beer, well worth trying - one of Kocour’s best.
