4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
My Bottom Line:
Super citrusy and floral hoppiness moves into refined base malts before leaving a trail of resinous bitterness on the palate.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A creamy head of foam garnishes the dark golden haze.
-The hop bitterness also has grassy edges.
-Mouthfeel is slender, very drinkable.
-It could be more aromatic, but it is a very friendly, refined hop vehicle.
On tap at U Toulavy Kocour, Brno.

Had this on draught at GBBF, Olympia, London, Tuesday 12th August 2014 Pours gold, light haze with a slight white head. Refreshing hoppy beer, quite lagery, bit of dusty furniture on nose, bitter aftertaste. Good. A6 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.7

First off, awesome name for the brewery. Second this was my first IPA in months so it gets a bias, but I LOVED it. Nice mango in the smell and taste.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Keg at 6% at the Euston Tap. It pours hazy light straw yellow, with a very thin off-white head and high carbonation. The nose is sweet orange, hay, bread and straw. The taste is lemon, lime, sweet orange, metal, hay, grass, sweaty socks and cardboard. it starts out quite sweet and finishes with a citrusy, moderate bitter taste. Too much metal coming through from the carbonation. I agree with the previous suggestions that this is more like a hoppy lager.

on tap at klub malych pivovaru on numerous occasions. enticing shade of golden, light haze and indefatigable head; aroma of pine forest after rain; juicy texture with wrigley juicy fruit chewiness, menthol and plenty of citric bitterness. somehow i get the feeling this beer has become a little toned down recently with a less boisterous aroma but it’s still a delight

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Keg at GBBF. golden, cloudy, with a low head. Lemony hopp and pilsner malt nose. Rich and tasty Czech malt flavor, bready, good american hops. Nice stuff. More like an APA. Czech malt profile comes across nicely.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
(Draught at Nota Bene, Prague, 17 July 2013) Golden amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, grapefruit, peaches and grass. Fruity, malty taste with notes of lemon peel, grapefruit, peaches, bready/biscuity malt, dried pineapple and a generous grassy, citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Well made and solid IPA, at a fairly low alcohol level. Very nice.

Bottle, big fluffy head, tiny bubbles. Light orange notes, active mouthfeel, light bandaids. Dry, light peanut shells, orange marmalade. IPA? Still an interesting beer
