Vrchol K2 zdolal dnes už kdekdo, náš svrchně kvašený speciál K31 málokdo. Je to "kocouří" interpretace těch nejsilnějších piv vařených ve světě.

Corked and Waxed bottle 0,2l. Przyjemna uczta godna polecena wszystkim milosnika dobrego piwa.

Bottle 0,20L. Almost 7 months after date expired, but this is strong barley wine, so no worries. Slightly hazy, dark copper colour with thin, light brown head that goes into the crown fast. Medium strong aroma of cognac, cask wood, caramel, alcohol and some fruit like pear and peach. Taste starts heavy sweet and syrupy with some fruity liquor note and finnish heavy sweet. Full body, syrupy texture and soft carbonation. It was the most expensive beer I bought on my beerhunt trip in Brno, but it’s worth every Kcz.

Gęste, słodkie jak wermut i odrobina alkoholu. Piany brak, kolor bardzo ładny, owocowe.

mmahut (983) - CZECH REPUBLIC - MAY 13, 2014
Corked bottle, 3 years of age, thank you Anička. Dark amber body with low head. Aroma has a lot of dried fruits, plums, caramel, oak, woody, toffee, light floral notes too. Alcohol is pretty hidden. Taste has intensive burned caramel sweetness with low earthy bitterness and complex fruity after taste. Body is full, high carbonation, oily texture. Excellent.

Clear deep nutty brown color with a small white layer. Smells like an expensive red wine. Lovely full body with a balanced solid sweetness. Oily texture. God this was nice. Concentrated fruit like an eiswein. Also some rum and caramel. Smooth and nice. Soft carbonation. Absolutely NO alcohol coming up. Dangerous and a pure pleasure!
[Bottle from a trade with mmahut. Thanxxx a lot Marek!]

elegant 0.2 láhev přímo z pivovaru. Hazy brown colour, small beige head. Aroma of dried fruit, grainy malt, chocolate, caramel... Vinous start, intensive but not too sweet malt flavours with dried fruit such as figs, dates and raisins, also freshly brewed black tea, shy but pleasant hoppy finish. Extraordinarily smooth palate. Superb stuff!

Dark amber, some frothy head residue. Concentrated fruit, tutti frutti, alcohol, resin, caramel malt. Very sweet but very nice. Bit sticky but a fizzy small carbonation to balance. Some hop sharpness. A true sipper.

20 cl bottle at home in Skövde. Clear amber beer with a small offwhite head. Dark dried fruits, nutty, chocolate, vanilla, sweet aroma. Sweet, almost sugarlike, hoppy, choclate, vanilla, dried dark fruity flavour. Very sweet but nice anyway.

Bottle from Gurthnar, many thanks. Shared with him. Amber color with minimal white head. Fruity, malty aroma with dried fruits, syrup, raisins, alcohol. Taste, caramel malt, dried fruits, raisins, apricots, figs, honey, wood alcohol. Full bodied delicious beer.
