2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 hirigalzkar (1462) - ENSKEDE, SWEDEN - APR 19, 2012
Plastic bottle. Strange interpretation of a scottish ale. Or maybe I got a bad bottle... Anyway. It’s sour, in a quite vinous way, Vinegar. Lot’s of malt. Almost no hops. Lively carbonation. Strange, but kind of refreshing.
2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 RuneStumo (1465) - FØRRESFJORDEN, NORWAY - APR 6, 2012
06.04.2012. 0,5 l Bottle. Amber brown colour with white head. Malty aroma with verry fruity notes. Lots of fruity flavors and there is notes of yeast. This beer is very lively carbonated and the head does not come down.
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 motelpogo (5048) - Plzen, CZECH REPUBLIC - DEC 15, 2011
bottled. surprisingly understated for kocour - reddish brown; hint of red berries in the aroma as well as aluminium foil; hints of barny sweat and cocoa butter. not unfaithful to the style, just nothing very special
2.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 ElDesmadre (476) - Mikołów, POLAND - JUN 14, 2011
Bottle. Dark reddish hazy brown with a frothy head of moderate sustain. Very nice smell of fresh bakery bread, some toffee, nice fruitiness, some light smokiness and citrusy-herbal hops. Unfortunately the smell excels by far the taste. Mainly sweet, partly bitterish. The bread and fruitiness are suppressed by the sweetness, while the light hoppiness is not enough to round that up. The light bitterness is mainly astringent and thus makes a very boozy impression. Because of that the beer is too sweet and at the same time too sharp. Not well balanced.
2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 meerbier (914) - Pijnacker, NETHERLANDS - JUN 1, 2011
Bottle@Home. Fruity/sourish aroma. Hazy, amber, tiny beige head, no lace. Sweet, sour, fruity, light bitter. Just 2 weeks past it BBD date. But they were bought freshly in the Czech republic less than 2 months ago. And already gone bad? Full and sticky. Maybe when really fresh it could have been something but I doubt it.

Lahev z Pivoteky: Hazy, amber coloured, stable and lacy off-white head; light to moderate caramelly-fruity nose with a restrained herbal-hoppy background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, soft, almost medium bodied; caramelly-spicy finish with a lingering hoppy aftertaste. Hezké pivo.......
3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 MoritzF (7402) - Bochum, GERMANY - MAY 4, 2011
(bottle) Hazy, amber colour with a short and slightly tanned foamy head. Slightly yeasty caramel-malty aroma with a berry-fruity and slightly herbal hoppy touch. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Caramel-malty and slightly nutty and subtle fruity taste with herbal and slightly woody hops towards the sweet-bitter, also quite lingering finish. Pleasant stuff. 04.IV.11
5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 20/20 gormie (147) - CZECH REPUBLIC - APR 18, 2011

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Schroppfy (2335) - Łódż, Warsaw, Poland; Michigan, Ohio, USA - MAR 13, 2011
Sweet, mildly, kind of swinging wildly between an earthy, spicy, sweet set of elemental flavors. Fresh, aroma is inviting but unidimensional, a little sweet. Earthy beer. OK. Not my fave by these guys. Conditioning quite good. Color nice and normal.
