From a chilled open pitcher at my second tasting at Mandarin Oriental, Prague. Crisp and light, honey with spice. Compares very well to the Estivale from La Rulles, with a similar hoppiness and perhaps more lip-smackingly sweet malt in the body. Excellent.

Pours hazy golden with a small, frothy, white head. Aroma is extremely spicy, lots of pepper, thyme, liquorice, banana and yeast. Fine, light (but not thin) mouthfeel. Flavour is really amazing, very spicy. Lots of pepper and chewy malts. Liquorice and pineapple and banana pepping up again. Wonderful dry hoppy finish. This is an incredible beer!
