Ingredients: Pilsner malt, Münchenermalt, sugar, yeast, Amarillo-, Challenger- and Cascadehops.

Pours it unclear blonde. Small white head. Smell is grainy, bit yeasty. Taste is rather bitter, yeasty a bit. Very common and easy, rather blank, even for the style. Mildly sweet ending...

Mooie gouden kleur met een volle fijne kraag. Ruikt kruiden, mout, stro. Smaakt bitterzoet, kruiden. Bitterzoete afdronk.

Commissioned tripel since 2012, originally made for a street festivity in Waasmunster. Moussy, stable, snow white head over a misty orange blonde beer. Aroma of orange, grapefruit, pineapple, banana, strawberry, yeast, white pepper; citrus freshness in onset, sweetish apricot and banana esters, caramelly malt, spicy yeastiness, strong hop bitter finish, resinous and peppery and reminiscent more of an IPA than a classic Belgian tripel - in other words: a typical ’tripel hop’, a new substyle among Belgian ales.

Een heel lekkere tripel met een uitgesproken smaak, zoals een tripel hoort te zijn.

Quite a strong peppery, bready, yeasty aroma. Flavour is similar with just a hint of bitter hop in the finish.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Fruit-accented and delicately herbal hoppy aroma with notes of citrus and a tinge of tropical fruits, accompanied by a mildly malty background and a tinge of Belgian yeasty spice. Mildly bitter and slightly sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a smooth carbonation. Solid malty base with citric and herbal spicy hops; bitter-sweet and quite lasting finish with a present hops character and little alcoholic burn. Quite good. 14.I.14

Hazy orange color, steady white head. White peppery yeasty aroma. Medium-bodied. Fruity front, citrus and dominating Belgian yeast with white pepper. Good cross-over of Belgian yeast and US hops.

Pours hazy orange color with a small head. Aroma of apricot, orange zest, spices and mild. Flavor of lemony fruits, toffee, faint spices and yeast. Bitter fruity palate, decent.

Bottles @ Waasmunster. Very good tripel, quality hops shining through, but it’s not a "hoppy" brew, so still true to the style. Well balanced, very good palate.

Orange, slightly cloudy body, and a big nice holding and steady head. Good yeasty, citrus and grassy brew, with some spices added. A moderate biterness that holds good. Seems a bit like they have overtryed, and the sweetness inside is a bit weird. Not bad at all, but many are better.
