(30cl bottle best by Dec 2011 thanks to bu11zeye) pale yellow with lots of effervescent bubbles and a film of fine white head. Nose of light apple, grapes, honey, and gold raisins. Taste of grape, butter, alcohol, light earth, and bad vinous taste and linger. Probably infected.

(Bottled, 5% ABV, BBE 12/2011) Hazy golden with a smallish, firm head. Honey-malty nose with grassy hops, curry spiciness, and a touch of lemon. Flavor is lightly sour, with lemony-grassy hops and a decent, malty backbone. Slightly perfumy and quite dry. Medium body, slightly fizzy CO2, reasonably refreshing. A simple, but quite clean and dry, grassy summer blond. 3555
