Bottle 300ml.

Clear light medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white grey head. Aroma is light moderate malty, toasted - caramel, keller, sour, leather. Flavour is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, beery tart. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110819]

Botella. Hazy deep amber. Sweet fruity aroma hoppy. >Ok mouthfeel. Sweet like fruity spice like flavour, Simple weeet spiced brew.

Bottle @ FOneFan. Hazy amber/brown with tiny off-white head. Flavour is malt, vinegar, caramel, little fruit, little sour and brett.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Medium head with medium duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are vinegar, malt, caramel and hops.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A clear, rather flat, amber beer with a small, off-white head. Fruity, sour nose with raisins and a vinegarish touch. Vinegar ntoes, raisins, more dried fruits and a sourish almost lemony touch. Medium to thin on the palate. Vinegarish finish. Not very successful, I guess it’s slightly infected. 110819

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Pours cloudy amber with a bubbly off white head. Nose is tart fruit, yeast and brett. Dusty and tart fruity flavor. Thin and flat palate.

Bottle. dark amber color. Nutmeg and plums in the aroma. Spicy, slightly sour caramelly flavor. First signs of infection. Amateuristic.
