(30cl bottle thanks to bu11zeye) medium amber with a ring of fine tan bubbles. Nose of caramel, honey, oats, well hidden alcohol and sweet grape. Taste is VERY sweet, toasty, coconut, peach, and unfermented sugars. Sweet and alcoholic linger, too sweet.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 omhper (15964) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - MAR 5, 2012
Bottled. Cloudy amber/brown, no head. Deep, sweet caramel dominates. Very sweet and fiercely warming with soft mellow mouthfeel. Flavours of caramel and marshmallow with creme brulee and extra sugar. Some salty bitterness. With a few years of aging it is now delightfully soft and rich, but also ungodly sweet.
2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Dixonian (1200) - Dallas, Texas, USA - FEB 29, 2012
Bottle thanks to bu11zeye.
Burnt amber pour with very little head. Aromas of caramel malt, honey, and sugary sweetness. Flavor is extremely sweet with more caramel.
2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 rand (820) - SWITZERLAND - OCT 30, 2011
Bottle 30 cl from Slijterij van Bergen - Eindhoven (NL). Red amber with heavy aromas of caramel, overripe fruits and alcohol. Like the taste similar, syrupy, heavy, sticking, very ripe fruits and alcohol. Caramelized beer to the extreme. Heavy malt, a limit in the sweetness.
2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 VsXsV (471) - Linköping, SWEDEN - AUG 1, 2011
UPDATED: AUG 3, 2011 33 cl bottle. Clear, deep amber liquid with very small off-white head. Smells of sweet malt, sugar, noble hops and some smoke. Taste is quite sweet and medium bitter. Some weird taste. Medium bodied with almost no carbonation. Way to sweet. Hmm, not good. Tastes a bit weird but not horrible.
2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 Benjii (2412) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUL 7, 2011
Bottle from De Bierkonink. Hazel colour with no head. Initially had a nice, fresh grain aroma reminiscent of Weetabix but the sugar started to dominate and there were some ethanol type esters after it really opened up. Tasted far too sweet for me. Quite 1 dimensional in this regard. Bit of caramel aroma and flavour also. Some alcohol burn to finish.

Draught @ KBC Den Bosch 2011. Clear orange, little brown colored beer. Smells sweet, liquorice, lots of sugar. Taste is way too sweet. No balanca at all. Low body, low carbo.
2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 DutchDrebus (1422) - Oirschot, NETHERLANDS - JUN 27, 2011
Tasted this at KBC Den Bosch ’11. Ended with this one and i didn’t like it at all. Waaaay too sweet, real sugarbomb here. The high alcohol isn’t in there to help the beer taste better, it’s just to make this beer high alcohol.
