Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, citrus, cheese notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light lgiht citrus acidic with a average to long duration, citrus cleaning agent. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20100220]

Cloudy yellow with a medium white head. Sweet yeasty aroma with wheat and lemons. Flavour was sourish with wheat, yeast and lemon notes. Sourish finish.

Bottled. A light golden beer with a huge white head. The aroma has notes of yeast, citrus, straw, and a bit of pepper. The flavor has strong notes of lemon as well as notes of straw and wheat, leading to a dry lemony finish.

Bottle, 5.5%. Citric and spicy aroma, OK witbiery. Hazy yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour stars off with some yoghurt notes, turns yeasty and lemony. Smells better than it tastes.
