The color is nearly black, the head is firm and lasting. The aroma brings chocolate to mind. Smooth mouthfeel. The taste is a complex combination of chocolate, roasted coffee beans and a touch of smoke. Aroma of molasses, caramel, and coffee, Taste of caramel and coffee slides into a lasting bitter finish. Med mouthfeel. Very nice porter. Mouthfeel could be thicker. That’s my only complaint.
